The Blendex Company announced that 2003 is the 25th anniversary of the founding of their business in Louisville.  Beginning in 1978, the company was a subsidiary of a food equipment company.  Blendex is firmly committed to Total Quality Management and employees pride themselves on their zero tolerance attitudes toward anything less than perfection.  For almost a decade Blendex has been pround to be "rated Superior by the American Institute of Baking." They were the first custom blending company in the United States to be come HACCP accredited in 2001 and were recently featured in a cover story by Food Processing Magazine.  Blendex plans to have an open house and plant tours sometime later this year.
